PACE Makes Going Solar Easier for Orange and San Diego County Homeowners

The progression of the California housing market has managed to encourage the return for Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) programs. In certain Orange County and San Diego cities, homeowners may pay for solar using property taxes.
