Only companies that are proven to be doing on the best work designing, building, installing and monitoring solar energy systems are granted the prestigious NABCEP seal of approval.

Sullivan Solar Power went through a rigorous review process in 2014 to earn the NABCEP accreditation, making our company the largest NABCEP-approved solar power company in the United States and the only one serving Southern California.

Sullivan Solar Power came in at number eight on the publication’s Top 500 Solar Contractors list, which recognizes the top solar contractors in the United States, Canada and Mexico who primarily install solar power systems on rooftops in the residential, commercial and utility markets.

Angie’s List is a respected source for consumer reviews of contractors and other service providers, so we are glad that Angie’s List users have granted us the website’s Super Service Award every year since 2014. Every year, Angie’s List gives the Super Service Award to top A-rated companies in their category and local market. The winners are based on actual customer reviews and companies must gather a minimum number of reviews to even qualify for the award.

Our founder and president, Daniel Sullivan, has received countless awards and recognitions, such as multiple appearances as a finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award and the Most Admired CEO by the San Diego Business Journal. How many solar power companies have a day named after them? We do!

On June 30, 2014, we were honored by the San Diego County Board of Supervisors with a proclamation naming that date Sullivan Solar Power Day in San Diego, a distinction that reflects our commitment to making America’s Finest City a leader in solar power for the rest of the nation and the world.

The formal declaration “commends Sullivan Solar Power for its outstanding service, leadership and commitment to area residents, and recognizes its tenth anniversary in business” and hangs proudly in our company headquarters for all to see.

Needless to say, June 30th is our favorite day of the year!
