San Clemente Solar Power: Kagan Publishing
Kagan Publshing, a San Clemente-based company that specializes in staff development and educational resources for teaches, went solar with Sullivan Solar Power in 2016.
We designed, built and installed a 110.3-kilowatt-AC solar power system that was installed on the flat roof of the business.
The system consists of 375 Kyocera solar panels and five SMA inverters to convert the sun's rays into clean, renewable electricity to power the building and contribute to the utility energy grid.
On average, each year a solar energy system this size will:
Generate 165,537 to 220,716 kilowatt hours of clean renewable solar power.
Avoid the creation of 273,688 pounds of harmful carbon dioxide released into our air.
Provide the system owner with $48,558 in Solar Power Savings.
