Fallbrook Solar Power: North County Fire Protection District Station Six
The North County Fire Protection District Station Number Six is outfitted with solar panels from Sullivan Solar Power. It's just another of the five district stations we've installed solar power systems for, helping our North County first responders reduce harmful emissions and declare their energy independence.
The system we designed, built and installed at Fallbrook's Station Six has 40 solar panels and is capable of cranking out more than 11 kilowatts-AC of renewable electricity.
The system was mounted on the roof of the station, out of sight but working hard to convert the sun's rays into electricity.
On average, each year a solar energy system this size will:
Generate 16,805 to 22,406 kilowatt hours of clean renewable solar power.
Avoid the creation of 27,783 pounds of harmful carbon dioxide released into our air.
Provide the system owner with $4,929 in Solar Power Savings.
