Rancho Bernardo Solar Power
Rancho Bernardo is a master-planned community located in inland San Diego County, about 20 miles north of downtown San Diego. Located on land that was part of the Rancho San Bernardo Mexican land grant of 1842, Rancho Bernardo was built up with homes and commercial buildings in the 1960s and 1970s. Since then, the area has grown even more as more people drawn to the cheaper property, master-planned community amenities and top-quality schools have settled there.
Sullivan Solar Power is an established Rancho Bernardo solar power company and the community figures largely in our history, since it is the hometown of our founder and president, Daniel Sullivan.
With larger residential lot sizes and bright inland sun that shines most of the year, Rancho Bernardo is home to many solar panel installations. Bigger-than-average lots mean solar arrays can be mounted either on the roof of a home or business or on the ground. This means there are more options to achieve the optimal placement of solar power equipment and realize the best possible results.
