Vista Solar Power: Julian Residence

Sullivan Solar Power worked with the Julian residence to design a custom solar power solution to meet the energy demands of the household. The goal was to eliminate or significantly reduce monthly utility bills with a system capable of producing over 5,600 watts of electricity. A roof mounted array of 27 solar panels feeds a ground-level inverter, which in turn provides power for the home. This clean design requires little more than the occasional cleaning to keep the system running efficiently. A continuous monitoring device sends data over the internet to keep an eye on the investment and help guarantee the system will last for decades to come! The customer summarized the experience as ”Quick easy flexible service.”

Performance

This Vista solar power installation by Sullivan Solar Power is part of the solar energy revolution and generating clean, renewable electricity for the Julian family. On average, each year a solar energy system this size will:

  • Generate 8,463 to 11,284 kilowatt hours of clean renewable solar power.
  • Avoid the creation of 13,992 pounds of harmful carbon dioxide released into our air.
  • Provide the system owner with $2,482 in Solar Power Savings.
